These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rental and use of products, equipment, supplies, and related services provided by MoveWell Moving Supplies ("MWMS", “Company”, "we", "us", or "our").
By submitting a rental request, placing an order, accepting delivery or possession of Rental Equipment, returning Rental Equipment, or otherwise using MWMS services, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
For purposes of these Terms:
"Rental Equipment" means any item, product, equipment, accessory, container, tote, moving supply, tool, furniture-moving equipment, or other tangible property owned, leased, or otherwise provided by MWMS to the Customer for temporary use. This includes, but is not limited to, reusable moving totes, bins, dollies, hand trucks, carts, moving blankets, straps, pads, tools, and other moving-related equipment or supplies.
"Rental Period" means the period beginning when Rental Equipment is delivered to, picked up by, or otherwise placed in the possession of the Customer and ending when all Rental Equipment has been returned to and accepted by MWMS.
"Rental Agreement" means these Terms together with any applicable order confirmation, reservation, invoice, equipment-specific terms, pricing information, or other written agreement provided by MWMS.
MWMS provides Rental Equipment and related services for moving, storage, transportation, organization, and other approved purposes.
Rental Equipment remains the sole property of MWMS at all times unless specifically sold to the Customer under a separate written agreement.
Rental of Rental Equipment does not transfer ownership to the Customer.
MWMS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a rental request for any lawful reason, including equipment availability, service-area limitations, inability to verify information, safety concerns, or other operational considerations.
These Terms apply to all Rental Equipment provided by MWMS, regardless of the type, size, quantity, value, or intended use of the individual item.
Certain Rental Equipment may have additional instructions, restrictions, fees, or requirements because of its particular characteristics or intended use.
MWMS may provide equipment-specific terms, instructions, or requirements for particular Rental Equipment. By renting or using that equipment, the Customer agrees to comply with those additional requirements.
If an equipment-specific agreement or written instruction conflicts with these Terms, the equipment-specific agreement or instruction will control only with respect to the applicable Rental Equipment.
The Rental Period begins when Rental Equipment is delivered to, picked up by, or otherwise placed in the Customer's possession.
The Rental Period ends when all Rental Equipment has been returned to or collected by MWMS and accepted by MWMS.
The standard rental period for each item will be communicated to the Customer at the time of rental.
Customers who need Rental Equipment beyond the agreed Rental Period must contact MWMS three (3) days before the scheduled return date.
Extensions are subject to availability and may result in additional rental charges.
Keeping Rental Equipment beyond the agreed Rental Period without authorization may result in additional rental charges and other applicable fees.
Rental rates are determined by the type and quantity of Rental Equipment, Rental Period, delivery or pickup requirements, and other services selected by the Customer.
Current pricing may be displayed on the MWMS website or provided to the Customer before the rental is confirmed.
Payment is due upon confirmation of Rental Agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MWMS may require a security deposit or temporary authorization on a payment method before releasing Rental Equipment.
The Customer is responsible for all applicable rental charges, taxes, delivery or pickup fees, extension fees, late fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, replacement charges, and other fees disclosed as part of the rental.
MWMS may require a refundable security deposit or payment-method authorization before providing Rental Equipment.
A security deposit may be applied toward:
Lost or unreturned Rental Equipment;
Stolen Rental Equipment;
Damaged Rental Equipment;
Missing components, accessories, or parts;
Excessive cleaning;
Unpaid rental charges;
Late-return charges;
Unauthorized extensions; or
Other amounts owed under the Rental Agreement.
Any remaining refundable deposit will be returned within 7 business days after all Rental Equipment has been returned, inspected, and all amounts owed have been determined.
If delivery is included in the rental, the Customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible.
The Customer must provide any necessary access instructions, gate codes, parking information, or other information required for delivery.
MWMS will make reasonable efforts to deliver Rental Equipment within the agreed delivery window.
Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, vehicle problems, equipment availability, emergencies, or other circumstances outside MWMS's reasonable control.
If the Customer or an authorized representative is unavailable when delivery is attempted, additional delivery or service charges may apply.
Once Rental Equipment has been delivered and possession has been transferred to the Customer or the Customer's designated representative, the Customer assumes responsibility for the Rental Equipment.
The Customer is responsible for having all Rental Equipment available for pickup at the agreed date, time, and location.
Rental Equipment must be returned in accordance with any applicable instructions provided by MWMS.
Unless otherwise specified, Rental Equipment should be:
Empty of personal belongings;
Free of unreasonable dirt, debris, or contamination;
Properly assembled or secured as applicable;
Returned with all associated parts and accessories; and
Accessible to MWMS personnel.
If Rental Equipment is not available when scheduled for pickup, additional pickup fees and/or rental charges may apply.
If the Customer is responsible for returning Rental Equipment, it must be returned to the designated location within the applicable return period.
The Customer is responsible for the care, safekeeping, and appropriate use of all Rental Equipment from the time it comes into the Customer's possession until it is returned to or collected by MWMS.

Use Rental Equipment only for its intended and reasonably foreseeable purpose;
Follow all instructions provided by MWMS;
Follow manufacturer instructions and safety warnings when applicable;

Customers must not overload Rental Equipment or use equipment beyond its stated or reasonably understood capacity.
MWMS may refuse to move, transport, deliver, or retrieve Rental Equipment that appears excessively heavy, improperly loaded, unsafe, or likely to cause injury or property damage.

Improper use;
Overloading;
Negligence;
Failure to secure equipment;
Exposure to inappropriate substances or conditions;

The Customer is responsible for returning all components and accessories provided with the Rental Equipment.
Missing components may result in a charge for the reasonable replacement cost.
